These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Eternal Homes website, accounts, applications, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Services.

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent that you meet these requirements and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

Eternal Homes provides information about memorial service packages, online applications, account management, and related tools. Specific coverage, benefits, pricing, and payment terms are described in your selected package, application materials, and any policy or contract documents issued to you. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and your signed policy or contract, the policy or contract governs with respect to coverage and benefits.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use or security breach. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose a security risk.

Submitting an application does not guarantee approval or issuance of coverage. We reserve the right to accept, decline, or request additional information for any application. Approved applications are subject to the terms of the applicable memorial service package and any documents you sign or acknowledge.

You agree to pay all fees, premiums, or installments due under your selected plan and payment schedule. Late or missed payments may affect your coverage status in accordance with your plan terms. Payment processing may be handled by third-party providers; their terms may also apply to payment transactions.

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose
• Provide false, misleading, or incomplete information
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services
• Copy, scrape, or exploit content from the Services without our written permission

All content, trademarks, logos, and materials on the Services are owned by Eternal Homes or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent, except as permitted for personal, non-commercial use of the Services.

The Services and website content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Information on the website is for general purposes and may change without notice.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Eternal Homes and its officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Services.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the Services in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or one hundred Philippine pesos (PHP 100), whichever is greater, except where liability cannot be limited under applicable law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Eternal Homes and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, misuse of the Services, or infringement of any third-party rights.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for violation of these Terms or for other legitimate reasons. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification) will remain in effect.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Quezon City, Metro Manila, Philippines, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.

We may modify these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
